The 2013 Christmas Tree

Saturday night, we whipped out the good ol Christmas tree to decorate.  We were quite curious how this would go over with Kacy.  She is older now, but still kitten like with her play.

The kids put the majority of the ornaments on themselves.  I did rearrange a bit, but they are getting better about dispersing them evenly around the tree.  Each kid gets a new ornament this year.  This year we splurged, and 2 received Hallmark Ornaments.  It's not that we love Jonathan less, there just wasn't the 'perfect' ornament for him at Hallmark, so we got his at Scheels.

Kacy has mostly left the tree alone.  It has, however, become Trudy's favorite place to nap, snuggled up under the tree in tree skirt.
