Canada, Day 3

On Tuesday, we went back to Assiniboine Park to see a few things we didn't have energy for on Monday.  Upon arriving at the park, Megan told me her tummy hurt, and she had a warm forehead....great.  The boys played at the playground for a bit while Megan sat on the bench with Don and me.  Next up was a ride on the double decker bus that was used as a shuttle within the park.  It was purchased from London, and the inside was filled with London advertising.  We sat on the top.  We went through the Conservatory before heading to the Park Cafe for lunch.  After that we illegally fed the ducks in the duck pond, then the boys and I went through the sculpture garden while Don and Megan rested on the bench.  There were nude sculptures.  The boys giggled.  A lot.  They were happy that there were no male nude sculptures.
Following the park, we went to The Forks, which is probably my favorite part of Winnipeg.  We went through the market, bought candy and souveniers, got a smoothie for the kids and the best coffee I've ever had for me.  Megan still was lacking in energy, so we spontaneously opted to take a boat tour along the Red/Assiniboine Rivers instead of exploring the Children's Museum.
